Terri's extensive experience as in-house counsel and well-developed understanding of health care operations provides a valuable background for her advice to health care clients on developing joint ventures and other new business entities, completing practice acquisitions, managing medical staff affairs and quality improvement issues and addressing both employee and patient-care matters.
