Kelly's practice focuses on health care regulatory, reimbursement, and fraud and abuse issues. She represents
health care providers nationwide in administrative appeals and litigation involving the Medicare and Medicaid
programs. Kelly has also assisted health care providers and suppliers, including hospitals and health systems,
academic medical centers, physicians, and imaging centers with internal investigations of allegations of fraud
or other noncompliance with state or federal health care laws.
